News: Ungaretti & Harris selected as finalist for five awards by M&A Advisor

M&A Advisor announced that the chapter 11 bankruptcy case of Fairview Ministries, Inc. was nominated as a finalist for the 6th Annual Turnaround Awards in the following five categories. Ungaretti & Harris was Debtor’s counsel in the bankruptcy proceeding, which culminated in a sale of the Debtor’s assets to Lifespace DG, LLC.

• Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year (Lower Middle Market)
• Distressed M&A Deal of the Year (Lower Middle Market)
• Divestiture Deal of the Year
• Turnaround Community Impact Award, and
• Healthcare/Life Sciences Sector Award

Winners will be announced on January 31st.
