News: Suit Filed Against the City of Joliet on behalf of New West

Chicago, March 24, 2005 - On Thursday, March 24, 2005, Ungaretti & Harris LLP on behalf of its client New West filed a lawsuit in federal court against the City of Joliet and certain of its senior officials alleging that the City and its officials engaged in a systematic effort to remove low-income families and affordable housing from the City of Joliet.
