Alton B. Harris was quoted in the Chicago Tribune regarding the SEC's recent ruling on the Chicago Board Options Exchange's lawsuit with the CME Group.

"Had the ruling not been as deferential to the state court as it is, one can imagine the CBOE having little inclination to enter into settlement talks," Harris said. "I would hope this ruling opens up some realistic opportunities for entering into settlement now."
