Stanton B. Miller
Stan has extensive experience in all aspects of business organizations, often assuming the role of General Counsel for mid-size and small companies. In addition, he frequently negotiates construction contracts for large-scale projects, including airports, hospitals, museums and hotels. In connection with his construction law practice, he also represents clients in construction-related disputes. Stan also has significant experience in many areas of publishing, law and negotiates contracts for licensing and distribution of audio, print, multi-media and electronic works.
Stan was one of the founders and was the first Executive Director of the Law Firm Alliance, a loose confederation of 56 US and International law firms.
