Robert S. Winner
Rob’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital, securities offerings, restructurings and workouts, and general commercial transactions. Rob has more than 10 years of transactional experience working with both startups and Fortune 500 companies. Rob has spent an increasing amount of time representing energy and clean technologies companies and leads the firm’s new Energy and Clean Technologies group. His practice has also become more international in scope with the consummation of several cross-border transactions.

Representing the venture capital arm of a Fortune 500 telecommunications company in connection with a series of preferred stock and debt investments in various software and hardware companies.

Representing an oil and gas development company in connection with the sale of properties in west Texas and New Mexico.

Representing a Fortune 500 company in connection with the sale and outsourcing of its U.S. and Mexican food service operations to a global food services contractor.

Representing a biofuels company in connection with construction financing and its capital raising efforts.

Representing a private equity firm in connection with the acquisition of an eco-friendly furniture company.

Representing a transportation logistics company in connection with the sale of its proprietary software and related intellectual property to a global logistics company.

Representing a proprietary trading firm in connection with the reorganization and offering of units to key employees.
