News: U&H Welcomes Two New Associates

Chicago, April 23, 2007 — Ungaretti & Harris LLP announced today that Christopher J. Schafer has joined as an associate in the firm’s Corporate, Securities & Finance Department. Prior to joining Ungaretti & Harris, he was associated with Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. in Chicago. Earlier in his career, he was an associate with a law firm in California’s Silicon Valley.

Mr. Schafer, 30, focuses his practice primarily on serving the needs of investors, mid-market and start-up companies, entrepreneurs and financial institutions. He earned his J.D. in 2002 from the University of California-Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law and his B.A. in 1999 from the University of Oklahoma.

Ungaretti & Harris also welcomes new law school graduate Jill C. Taylor, 26, as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. She earned her J.D. in 2007 from John Marshall Law School and her B.A. in 2002 from The Ohio State University.
