Patrick F. Ross

Patrick is an associate in the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights department, primarily representing secured and unsecured creditors in chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases, including adversary proceedings and other contested matters. He is also an associate in the Litigation department.

Patrick's recent experience includes:

• Representing a debtor-in-possession in the automotive industry in connection with the sale of assets and bankruptcy litigation with creditors and customers.
• Defending creditors in fraudulent transfer claims.
• Drafting litigation documents, including memoranda of law, and engaging in substantial research tasks.
