News: James T. Easterling Re-Elected to ACG Board of Directors

The Association for Corporate Growth has just announced its 2006 Board appointees, and Ungaretti & Harris partner James Easterling has been re-elected.  Mr. Easterling is a partner in the Corporate, Securities & Finance Department at Ungaretti & Harris.

The Association for Corporate Growth is a global association for professionals involved in corporate growth, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions.  The organization consists of more than 8,500 members from corporations, private equity, finance, and professional service firms representing Fortune 500, Fortune 1000, FTSE 100, and mid-market companies in 46 chapters in North America and Europe.
