News: Ungaretti & Harris Announces New Partners, New Associates

Chicago, November 3, 2011- Ungaretti & Harris has announced that five attorneys have been elected to partnership and that eight associates have joined the firm.

Newly elected to partnership are David R. Brown (36) and Elizabeth A. Davis (36) in the Corporate and Securities practice, Patrick J. Hanlon (46) in the Healthcare and Government practices, David C. Strosnider (38) in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice and Bryan P. Sugar (37) in the Intellectual Property practice.

New lateral associate Andrew T. Gorman (31) joined the Taxation practice from Mayer Brown.

New first-year associates include: Jonathan E. Brouk (25), to the Healthcare practice from Loyola University Chicago School of Law; David R. Doyle (27), to the Finance & Restructuring practice from Chicago Kent College of Law; Michelle M. Garvey (27), to the Healthcare practice from Loyola University Chicago School of Law; Julia Lifshits (26), to the Corporate and Securities practice from Harvard Law School; Alyssa C. Scott (26), to the Litigation practice from Columbia University School of Law; Brittany A. Smith (25), to the Litigation practice from Valparaiso University School of Law; and Elizabeth A. Zamora (25), to the Litigation practice from Harvard Law School.
