News: David Bronner Testifies as Expert Witness in High Profile Case

David Bronner has testified as an expert witness in the potentially precedent-setting Genesco/Finish Line case regarding interpretation of specific exclusions from a Material Adverse Effect clause in a public company, merger agreement.

Mr. Bronner currently is as an active member of the Task Force for the preparation of a Model Merger Agreement with Commentary which will be published by the Committee of Negotiated Acquisitions for the Business Section of the American Bar Association.
