News: Chicago Real Estate Daily Notes U&H Real Estate Transaction

Chicago Real Estate Daily, a publication of Crain’s Chicago Business, noted a recent Ungaretti & Harris Real Estate Department transaction in its December 10th issue. Ungaretti & Harris Real Estate Partner James E. Lentz represented Molto Capital, an Oakbrook Terrace-based private equity investment firm, in its purchase of a distribution center in the southwest suburbs.

Chicago Daily Law Bulletin also publicized the transaction in its December 22nd issue.
