Michele K. Malis

Michele is Counsel in the Trusts and Estates Department. She concentrates her practice in the area of sophisticated estate planning for entrepreneurial and family business clients. She works with high net worth clients relative to all forms of wealth preservation and planning. She advises clients on estate planning; estate and trust administration; income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning; closely held business planning; and related issues with respect to preserving and transmitting wealth within families. She has extensive knowledge in the areas of tax, business, estate issues, and the drafting and construction of wills and trusts.
