Mike is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation.

His recent experience includes:

• Representing a Fortune 500 company in litigation involving false advertising claims under the Lanham Act.
• Assisting in the representation of an NCAA member institution’s Division I men’s basketball program.
• Assisting in the defense and favorable settlement of litigation involving over sixty mechanics liens on behalf of the defendant owner and developer, a Fortune 500 company.
• Defeating an employer’s request for a preliminary injunction to enforce a former executive’s noncompetition agreement.
• Assisting in the representation of a real estate developer regarding construction defect issues.
• Favorably settling a breach of contract claim made by client’s former telecommunications provider.
• Representing various clients in mechanics lien foreclosure actions.
