Megan H. McCarthy

Megan is an associate and a member of the Healthcare Practice Group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of health law. Megan works with a variety of different healthcare entities, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, physician practice groups, and independent diagnostic testing facilities.

Megan’s experience includes:

• Drafting and reviewing hospital contracts including exclusive arrangements with specialty groups, physician employment agreements and informed consent agreements.
• Aiding long-term care systems with complete corporate restructuring.
• Advising healthcare entities on Medicare and Medicaid compliance issues.
• Researching Stark law and Anti-Kickback statute issues for hospitals and physician practice groups.
