Lindsay Wilson Gowin

Lindsay is an associate in the Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation.

Her experience includes:

• Successfully defending a major insurance company against claims of the unauthorized practice of law stemming from use of in-house counsel to defend insureds.
• Assisting Dutch litigants in their efforts to obtain discovery materials located in the United States for use in Dutch litigation.
