Lynn Gordon

Lynn's practice focuses in the area of corporate healthcare law, with a particular emphasis on the transactional, regulatory and operational legal counsel needs of hospitals, health systems, and specialty provider groups, including mergers and acquisitions, healthcare joint ventures, contract drafting and negotiations, physician recruitment and regulatory compliance.

Her projects have included:

Hospital mergers, affiliations, acquisitions, divestitures and changes of control.
Complex joint ventures, including ASTCs, Gamma Knife®, MRIs, COEs, PBTs, Rehab, etc.
Anti-Kickback, Stark, and tax-exemption rules analyses and guidance.
Specialized contracts for complex contractual arrangements.
Medical Staff matters (e.g., hearings, appeals, NPDB reporting, anti-trust).
