News: Ungaretti & Harris Extends Reach, Opens Office in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Chicago, May 6, 2008 – Ungaretti & Harris LLP is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The office is located at 40 Pearl Street NW, Suite 430, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503. The Grand Rapids office will enable Ungaretti & Harris to provide stronger representation to its Michigan clients and better serve its domestic and international clients which do business in Michigan.

The firm’s clients will also benefit from the strengths of Grand Rapids, such as its ranking as the city with the Best Overall Business Climate in the nation, according to Anderson Economic Group.

The Grand Rapids office will be managed by Corporate Attorney Joseph L. Voss, 32, who rejoins the firm from Warner Norcross & Judd LLP. He focuses his practice on the general representation of entertainment industry professionals and organizations, and represents borrowers and lenders in connection with commercial loans as well as investors and issuers in connection with equity investment transactions.

Previously with Ungaretti & Harris from September 2001 to July 2005, Mr. Voss will also regularly spend time in the firm’s Chicago headquarters. He received his J.D. with honors from DePaul University College of Law in 2001 and his B.A magna cum laude from Brooklyn College in 1998.
