Frank J. Emmons
Frank Emmons is a partner and Chair of the firm’s tax group. He focuses his practice on corporate transactions and federal, state and local taxation. His clients include manufacturers, real estate developers, members of the commodities industry, and executives of public and private companies. From 1977 to 1984, he worked as a trial attorney for the Office of Chief Counsel for the IRS.
