FamilyCare Alert: Judge Enters Second Preliminary Injunction Enjoining Governor Blagojevich's Program

FamilyCare lawsuit alert: On October 15, Judge James Epstein entered a second preliminary injunction enjoining the expenditure of taxpayer funds on the unauthorized FamilyCare program created by Governor Blagojevich. This was the third consecutive ruling against the Governor's program. The first temporary injunction was entered on April 16th, and was upheld by an Appellate Court on September 26.
