News: Tom Fahey and Anne Haule Speak at the 2005 Congress on Healthcare Management

Tom Fahey and Anne Haule have presented at the 2005 Congress on Healthcare Management sponsored by the American College of Healthcare Executives, March 14-17, 2005 in Chicago.  Mr. Fahey and Ms. Haule spoke on issues surrounding the moratorium on specialty hospital construction.
