News: James T. Easterling and Gary I. Levenstein Re-Elected as ACG Directors

The Association for Corporate Growth has just announced its 2005 Presidential and Director appointees, and two Ungaretti & Harris partners are named on the list.  James Easterling has been re-elected as ACG General Counsel and Director of ACG Chicago, and Gary Levenstein has been re-elected as ACG Secretary.  Mr. Levenstein and Mr. Easterling are both members of the Corporate, Securities & Finance Department at Ungaretti & Harris, with Mr. Levenstein as chair, and Mr. Easterling as a partner.

The Association for Corporate Growth is a global association for professionals involved in corporate growth, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions.  The organization consists of more than 8,500 members from corporations, private equity, finance, and professional service firms representing Fortune 500, Fortune 1000, FTSE 100, and mid-market companies in 46 chapters in North America and Europe.
