Steven J. Thompson, Ungaretti & Harris Litigation Partner and Counsel to Olympic athletes in drug testing cases, will be a panelist at the CBA Sports Law Committee CLE program on "Legal and Ethical Issues of Testing for Performance Enhancing Drugs in Sport" on November 6.
This CLE program will explore the legal and ethical issues pertaining to athletic bodies testing for performance-enhancing drugs in sport. Along with Thompson, the panel consists of William Bock III, General Counsel, U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, and Greg LeMond, three-time Tour de France Winner and Cycling Champion, and will be moderated by Lester Munson, Esq., ESPN.
