News: Crain's Chicago Business Quotes Frank Saibert on New Labor Laws

Labor & Employment Practice Chair Frank J. Saibert was quoted in this week's Crain's Chicago Business regarding new labor rules and regulations enacted by the Obama adminstration and how employers can best prepare themselves for these and other changes to come. 

Employers can benefit from creating a centralized human resources function, the article says.  According to Crain's:

"Human resources is a management function that every business, regardless of size, should invest in," says Frank Saibert, chairman of the labor and employment law practice at Ungaretti & Harris LLP in Chicago. "You need to have controls in place. It's part of today's environment."
