News: Corporate Department Represents Forsythe Technology Management in Major Stock Sale

Corporate Department Represents Management of Forsythe Technology in Company's Transition to Full ESOP-Ownership
03/31/06

Gary Levenstein and Brian Krob led a corporate department team representing Richard Forsythe, retired President of Forsythe Technology Inc., in the sale of his remaining stock (80%) to Forsythe Technology's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Jim Easterling and Rob Winner led a separate corporate department team that advised the Forsythe Technology management group in the transaction. The ESOP now owns 100% of the company's shares.

The buyout, which closed on March 31, 2006, took six months and involved eight banks, five law firms, three accounting firms, a financial services company and an investment bank. With the deal, Forsythe becomes one of the largest privately held ESOP-owned companies in the United States.
