News: Ron Cope and Ray Fricke to Present at Real Estate Development Seminar

Chicago, July 26, 2006 — Ungaretti & Harris LLP will be represented by two of its partners, Ronald S. Cope and Raymond C. Fricke, at the Governmental Incentives, Abatements and Credits for Real Property Development in Illinois seminar in Chicago on August 23, 2006.  Mr. Cope and Mr. Fricke will both be presenting at the seminar, with Mr. Cope speaking toward issues regarding land use, financing and the role of local government in real estate development, and Mr. Fricke speaking to issues of bond financing.
