Christopher J. Schafer

Chris is an associate in the firm's Corporate, Securities & Finance Department. His practice is focused primarily on serving the needs of mid-market and start-up companies, entrepreneurs and financial institutions. His experience includes debt and equity financing transactions, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, consulting, licensing, securities law issues, entity formation and general day-to-day business services, and other aspects of business law.

Prior to joining Ungaretti & Harris, Chris was previously associated with law firms in Chicago, Illinois and California’s Silicon Valley.
