News: Ungaretti & Harris Represents Underwriter Morgan Joseph in $60 Million IPO of SPAC

Chicago, December 17, 2007 – Ungaretti & Harris recently represented Morgan Joseph & Co., Inc. in its role as lead underwriter of a $60 million initial public offering of 7.5 million units issued by 2020 ChinaCap Acquirco, Inc. on the American Stock Exchange (Amex) in a special purpose acquisition company structure (SPAC).

Headquartered in Marlborough, Mass., 2020 ChinaCap Acquirco, Inc. is a newly organized public acquisition company focused on acquiring an operating business that is located in China, has its principal operations located in China, or would benefit from establishing operations in China.

Each unit was offered to the public at $8 and consists of one share of the company's common stock and one warrant exercisable to acquire one share of common stock at a price of $5.25 per share. After 90 days from the date of issuance, it is expected that the shares of common stock and warrants will trade on the Amex separately. The registration statement also registered for resale shares of stock and acquired by the officers and directors of the company prior to the IPO.
