News: Cardinal Health Associate General Counsel Joins Ungaretti & Harris

Chicago, February 25, 2008 – Ungaretti & Harris LLP announced today that Ethan E. Trull has joined as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Trull comes to Ungaretti & Harris from Cardinal Health, Inc., a Fortune 20 global medical device, pharmaceutical and healthcare technology company where he served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel.

Mr. Trull will focus his practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on securities, antitrust, products liability and IP litigation. He also brings 18 years of experience in general corporate law and litigation management, spending the last 11 years in-house with Cardinal Health and its predecessor companies.

Litigation Department Chair Michael J. As Vice President, Associate General Counsel and in his previous role as Assistant General Counsel - Litigation, Mr. Trull was responsible for litigation matters worldwide including products liability, commercial litigation, antitrust, intellectual property, securities and insurance coverage. Mr. Trull, 46, received his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in 1989 and his B.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago in 1986.

Litigation Associates
Ungaretti & Harris also welcomes two new lateral associates to the Litigation Department. Amy M. Gardner, 32, who joins the firm from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, will focus her practice on commercial litigation and intellectual property. She earned her J.D. in 2002 from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. in 1997 from Luther College.

Abosede Odunsi, 33, who joins Ungaretti & Harris from Swanson, Martin and Bell, brings significant civil discovery and trial experience to the firm. She earned her J.D. in 2001 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, her M.A. in 1998 from Pennsylvania State University and her B.A. in 1996 from the University of Illinois.
