Aaron is an associate in the firm’s Corporate, Securities & Finance Department. Aaron’s practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions and general business counseling.

His recent experience includes:

• Creating Non-Qualified Stock Option Agreements for employees of a corporation;
• Drafting amendments to corporate by-laws to expand the number of seats on the board of directors and adding the immediate past president as an ex officio member;
• Examining corporate liability for the acts of employees, agents, and independent contractors in Illinois;
• Drafting estimate and purchase forms for a window company that met the warranty and disclaimer standards set forth by Illinois law;
• Assisting with the documentation pertaining to the purchase of a hotel and casino in Aruba; and
• Researching a variety of legal issues related to corporate governance.
